1. Free Access
Most dynamo.email products can be used free of charge with limited functionality. We encourage users to evaluate the product during the free tier before upgrading to a paid plan.
Because a free version is available, refunds are generally limited to the specific situations outlined in the sections below.
2. Subscription Purchases
Paid plans are billed on an annual basis per product.
You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if:
- you experience technical issues that prevent reasonable use of the product, and
- our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the initial purchase date may be considered at our discretion.
3. Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. Renewal reminders and billing visibility are provided in advance so you can cancel before the next billing cycle if needed.
However, we may review renewal refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:
- the renewal occurred unexpectedly, and
- no meaningful product usage occurred after the renewal date.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@dynamo.email and include the following details:
- the email address used for purchase
- the product name
- the reason for your request
Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible, typically within 2 business days.
5. Chargebacks
If you experience any billing concerns, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may delay resolution and temporarily suspend your access to the product. We always prefer to resolve billing issues directly and promptly.
6. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are issued through Paddle using the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and are typically 5–10 business days.
Paddle, as our Merchant of Record, may also handle refund requests directly in accordance with their own refund policies where applicable.
